We are a retired couple running a small, custom cushion and foam business from our home in London. Between us we bring over 20 years of experience working with upholstery foam and furniture. We have noticed that even top quality sofas are increasingly built with lower grade foam. Cushions that should last a decade are sagging within a few years. Pocket coil cushions that felt wonderful in the showroom lose their support embarrassingly fast. We looked around London for someone specialising in foam replacement and found almost nothing. No specialists.- only poor quality department store foam No high density foam rubber available. No straightforward, honest service for people who simply wanted their sofa to feel the way it used to. We work with a lot of older customers who need firmer support from their furniture, and younger families who've been let down by sofas that should have lasted much longer. We understand both situations because we've seen them hundreds of times. We're not a big operation and we don't pretend to be.
